Podcasts and AI: where the missing layer is

October 2, 2026 7 min read

Podcasts and AI. Am I solving a problem that doesn’t exist? Nope! It is just a problem you didn’t see yet.

Hi there, this is Ehab, I am a human :). Writing this with my own hands in 2026, yes. I built Antradus AI to fill the layer that you, “the podcaster,” don’t know about.

You run your podcast, record your audio and video, upload to Spotify/YouTube, etc. You add your sponsored links and your affiliated products in the description of those players and you mention them in your video, hoping and wishing that people will pause a podcast to click those links. However, this rarely happens. Me? I have never interrupted my lovely time listening to a podcast to buy an item.

But then where do people buy? Where should those money-making links live?

You know the answer, you just don’t know the tool. Yes, they live in the search. We humans, we stopped reading, and I will be shocked if you have read until this line hahah! But who reads then?? AI bots, yes, AI bots read so you don’t have to.

Those links of yours should be seen, sourced and cited on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude… but apparently they are not there.

If you are selling a book using an affiliated link, this link should be mentioned in a place where AI can see it.

However, these AI crawlers don’t give a “ship” about your videos/audio because they can’t read speech, and even if they can, it is expensive to read sound. And to make things worse, they don’t read your transcripts because they are blocked by Apple, Spotify, YouTube, etc., and they are not structured in a way that AI can understand, no? They are full of ahaa, hahaha and hmmm. This data is unreadable.

Now what I built is that layer, where you just add your podcast and a cluster of interlinked, structured, SEO, GEO, AEO, AIO (even if you don’t know what all those mean) is born. This cluster is indexable, citable and lovable by AI. So now your links will live in 12 articles instead of a Spotify description, and they will pop up when you ask ChatGPT about a book or an energy drink or a sports watch.

Your podcast episodes die within 2-3 weeks. Let them live longer!

Revive your old podcast catalogue and let those links see the light!

Check this table and notice that even I don’t care about humans any more! We don’t read!

SEO AEO GEO AIO (AI Overview/Optimization)
Who is reading Googlebot — a ranking crawler Voice and chat assistants: Siri, Alexa, ChatGPT Generative search UIs: Google AI Overviews, Perplexity LLMs, AI agents and scrapers building knowledge
The goal Rank in the ten blue links Be the single answer returned Win a clickable citation inside the generated answer Be in the model’s core knowledge and retrieval set
What wins Backlinks, site speed, keyword coverage Q&A structure, clean lists, schema markup Verbatim expert quotes, precise data, timestamp validation High semantic density, JSON-LD, clear entity relationships
Measured by Rank and click-through rate Answer share Citation rate and referral traffic from AI summaries Mention volume in AI answers (AI-generated summary blocks at the top of search results)

Antradus AI do all the above for your podcast. Don’t take my word for it, check this demo cluster, choose any article, take it to your favourite AI agent and ask it if it would cite it vs a regular podcast description or summary.

Quotes, timestamped links, Sponsor links, Automatic image generation

Have you ever heard of E-E-A-T?

No, I am not hungry, but this is Google Search Quality Rater Guidelines.

Signal What it means How we produce it (mechanism)
Experience (clean original source) First-party material. The article is drawn from a recorded conversation the host actually had, not a summary of other coverage. Stated on the page: “This article draws on our conversation with…”
Expertise The named guest is the subject-matter expert, and the article attributes each claim to them by name rather than to the site. Guest entity + role marked up in JSON-LD
Authority (a full knowledge body) A topic cluster of interlinked articles from the same interview signals a body of knowledge, not one loose quote. 8–12 interlinked pages, one canonical episode hub
Trustworthiness Every quote is verified against the transcript and bound to an exact timestamp, so any claim can be checked against the audio. Quote diff + audio-grid timestamp + AI disclosure

We do that so you can focus on making the best podcast and don’t have to worry about the rest. Contact Antradus AI or check our docs and Studio features.

What Gemini said about our articles, verbatim

  1. Would 12 interlinked, fully quoted articles beat one transcript page?
“yes, breaking a long-form podcast down into 12 deeply contextual, interlinked, and meticulously quoted articles is vastly superior to publishing a single mass transcript or generic summary.”

  2. Why do the timestamps matter so much?
“Attaching explicit timestamps serves as a trust signal. It proves to both human readers and search crawlers that the text isn’t AI-hallucinated or loosely summarised; it is a verifiable historical record mapped directly to an audio grid.”quotes and timestamps links in an Antradus AI podcast to article

  3. What does it do for retrieval?
“One subject per page makes it obvious what the page answers, so search engines and AI assistants can match it to that question, and quote it.”
  4. Can you actually read the Antradus page?
“Yes, I can see the full article text… the publication date, the exact timestamps from the podcast, the breakdown, and the footnote showing it was a demo generated by Antradus AI.”

Now let’s talk money, ok? Where the money is:

You didn’t think I built all this just so AI bots can enjoy your podcast, right? hahah. Here is where those articles actually pay you back.

Where the money is What happens What you get
Your sponsors stop dying with the episode A bank sponsors your episode. Normally? It gets a 60-second read and a link nobody clicks. Now the sponsor message, the offer link and the promo code live inside every article from that episode (with the sponsor’s approval, of course). And you can show them page views and clicks months later, not just “trust me, people heard it.” More sponsor inventory, real numbers to show, easier renewals and a reason to sell them a bigger package next time.
You run an agency? Sell it. You already sell SEO, SEM or AIO to your clients. Take their podcast, webinar, CEO interview or that 2-hour video nobody watched and turn it into a cluster of pages on their own website. You keep the client, you keep the strategy, I do the boring part in the background. White-label it if you want, I won’t be offended. Bigger retainers, package upgrades and recurring revenue without inventing a new service from scratch.
Creators want more than distribution You’re a network or a studio trying to sign (or keep) a big creator? Everyone offers distribution and monetization. You can say: “We will also build an owned discovery engine around your catalogue.” New episodes get articles, old episodes come back to life. A real reason for creators to pick you and stay with you.
Do more, pay less No more hiring a writer for every episode or copy-pasting show notes at 2 AM (yes, like I’m doing now). The whole catalogue gets processed automatically. Lower costs, more output, better margins. Simple math.

And the money you didn’t even think about:

  • Your old catalogue: that episode from 2022 is not dead, it’s just sleeping. Wake it up and let it send people back to your new episodes.
  • New markets: test your content in other languages and countries before spending a single dollar on it. And see which topics and guests people are actually searching for, so your next episode is not a guess.

Best, Ehab.
