Installation & License Activation

What it does: Gets Antradus AI Autopilot installed, licensed, and receiving automatic updates on your WordPress site.

Before you start

• WordPress 5.8 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer.
• Your license key (from your purchase email or your Antradus account page).
• If the free Antradus AI Lite plugin is installed, you don't need to remove it first — Autopilot detects it and deactivates it automatically so the two never conflict. Your existing settings and API keys are kept: both editions share the same settings.

Step by step

1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Choose the antradus-ai-autopilot zip you downloaded and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate.
4. The license activation screen opens (or click the new Antradus AI menu in the sidebar). Paste your license key and click Activate License.
5. That's it. The full settings page appears, and your site now receives automatic updates — new versions show up under Dashboard → Updates and on the Plugins page, exactly like any other plugin.

What the license controls

• Features unlock after activation. Until the license (or trial) is verified, the Antradus AI menu shows only the activation screen — no writing panels appear in the editor yet. This is normal; paste your key and everything appears.
• One license = updates + support for the sites your plan covers.
• On the Plugins page you'll see extra links on the Antradus row: Change License, Opt Out, and Enable auto-updates. These are your license controls — use Account under the Antradus AI menu to see your plan, renewals, and downloads.

Tips & gotchas

• Moving to a new site? Deactivate the license on the old site first (Account page → deactivate), then activate on the new one.
• Free trial: if you started with the 3-day trial, all features work during the trial exactly as licensed.
• If you ever see "Antradus AI Lite was automatically deactivated" after activating Autopilot — that's the built-in conflict guard doing its job. Nothing is lost; Autopilot includes every Lite feature.

What it does: Links the plugin to the AI service that will write your articles and draw your images. You need at least one provider API key.

Step by step

1. Open Antradus AI in the admin sidebar.
2. Under 🔑 AI Providers & Models, choose your Active Provider.
3. Open that provider's panel and paste your API Key. Each panel has a Get API key → link that takes you to the right page:
   • OpenAI → platform.openai.com/api-keys
   • Anthropic → console.anthropic.com/settings/keys
   • DeepSeek → platform.deepseek.com/api_keys
   • Google Gemini → aistudio.google.com/app/apikey
   • OpenRouter → openrouter.ai/keys
4. Click the fetch models button next to the Model field. The plugin loads the provider's live model list.
5. Pick a Model (for writing) and — for OpenAI, Gemini, and OpenRouter — an Image Model (for image generation).
6. Save Changes.

Every option explained

Tips & gotchas

• Not sure which model? Start with your provider's flagship (e.g. the default the dropdown suggests). You can change it anytime — each article uses whatever is selected at the moment you click Start Writing.
• OpenRouter's model list labels every model ★ FREE or 💰 PAID so you can't be surprised.
• Keys are per-provider: switching the Active Provider doesn't erase the other keys.
• If fetching models fails, your key is usually wrong or the provider account has no credit.

Before you start

• License activated (guide) and a provider connected (guide).

Where to find the panel

• Classic editor: the Antradus AI panel appears under the content area of any post or page.
• Block editor (Gutenberg): click the anchor ⚓ icon in the top toolbar (or the three-dots menu → Antradus AI). The panel opens in the right-hand sidebar.

The plugin detects which editor each post uses automatically — same features in both.

Step by step

1. Create a new post and give it any working title (or none — the AI writes one).
2. Open the Antradus AI panel.
3. In the topic box, describe what you want: "why electric cars are winning" works better than just "electric cars" — a sentence gives the AI direction.
4. Pick a Style (Blog, News, Listicle, How-To, Opinion), a Tone (Formal, Conversational, Friendly, Authoritative, Humorous), and your Language (17 available).
5. Leave Generate Meta Title & Description ticked.
6. Click Start Writing. Status messages show each step; a full article typically takes 30–90 seconds depending on the model.
7. The article is inserted straight into the editor — with the SEO title, focus keyword, and meta description filled into Yoast SEO or Rank Math automatically if you use them.
8. Want a matching image? Scroll to the image section of the panel and generate one — one click sets it as the featured image. (Full guide)
9. Review, adjust anything you like (it's a normal WordPress post), and publish.

What you get from one click

Tips & gotchas

• Drafts first: generate while the post is a draft — the slug can only be set on drafts.
• If the AI doesn't know your subject at all (a very obscure local business, a person with no public record), it will say so and ask you for a source link instead of inventing facts. Paste a URL into the source field and run again — see Rewrite from a URL.
• Undo works: content insertion is a normal editor action, Ctrl+Z brings back what was there.

Write an Article from a Keyword

What it does: Turns a keyword, phrase, or topic description into a complete SEO-optimized article with title, slug, focus keyword, and meta — inserted directly into the editor.

Your everyday workhorse: planned blog content, evergreen guides, listicles, opinion pieces — anything where you know the topic and want a publish-ready draft in a minute.

Step by step

1. New post → open the Antradus AI panel (Classic: below the editor · Block editor: anchor ⚓ icon → sidebar).
2. Describe the topic. A short sentence beats a bare keyword: "how to start a balcony vegetable garden with no experience".
3. Choose Style / Tone / Language.
4. Tick the extras you want (see table below).
5. Click Start Writing and watch the step-by-step status messages.
6. The article lands in the editor; SEO fields are filled automatically.

Every option explained

How the AI decides the focus keyword

You don't have to hand it a polished keyphrase — the AI derives the ideal focus keyword itself rather than copying your raw topic text. Your topic can be conversational; the SEO stays clean.

Customizing the writing globally

Two levels, both under Antradus AI settings:

• 🔥 System Prompt — the standing instruction for every article (persona, brand voice, rules like "always use metric units"). There's a restore-default button if you go too far.
• Per-article, everything in the panel (style/tone/language) layers on top of the system prompt.

Tips & gotchas

• Unknown subjects: for topics the AI genuinely has no knowledge of, it refuses and asks for a source link instead of hallucinating. Famous subjects always get full articles.
• Products: on a WooCommerce product, the same button writes in product format (description + short description) instead of blog format.
• Generate while the post is a draft so the URL slug can be set.
• Regenerate freely — each run replaces the article; Ctrl+Z restores the previous content.

Rewrite an Article from a URL

What it does: Reads any public article on the web and writes an original piece on the same subject — your angle, your voice, no copied sentences.

When to use it

• A competitor covered a topic and you want your own, better version.
• An industry announcement you need on your site today.
• Turning a source in another language into an article in yours (set your Language — the source language doesn't matter).

Step by step

1. Open the Antradus AI panel on a new post.
2. Paste the article's address into the URL field (https://example.com/article).
3. (Optional) Add guidance in the topic box — e.g. "focus on what this means for small businesses". Leave it empty to let the AI pick the angle.
4. Choose Style / Tone / Language and click Start Writing.
5. The plugin fetches the page, extracts the article text, and writes a fresh piece — plus SEO meta as usual.

What it can and can't fetch

• ✅ Public articles, blogs, news pages.
• ❌ Paywalled or login-protected pages, and sites that block automated readers (common with academic journals and some news sites). You'll get a friendly message suggesting an open-access copy — Google Scholar, the author's own site, or a preprint often works.
• Fetching is security-hardened: the plugin only fetches real public web addresses (internal/private network addresses are refused by design).

Tips & gotchas

• The output is original writing about the same subject — not a paraphrase. Facts carry over; sentences don't.
• Combine with 🌐 Search the web if the source is older and you want the AI to check for newer developments.

Merge Two Sources into One Article

What it does: Reads two article URLs and weaves them into one original piece that covers both — perfect for "two sides of a story" or combining complementary coverage.

When to use it

• Two outlets covered the same event with different details — you want the complete picture.
• A news piece + a background explainer → one richer article.
• Two competitor posts each cover half the topic — yours covers it all.

Step by step

1. Open the Antradus AI panel on a new post.
2. Paste the first article's URL into the URL field.
3. Click the add second URL button that appears next to it — a second URL field opens.
4. Paste the second article's URL.
5. (Optional) Steer the merge in the topic box: "compare their approaches and recommend one".
6. Start Writing. The AI reads both, merges the facts, and writes one coherent original article with SEO meta.

Tips & gotchas

• Order matters lightly: the first URL is treated as the primary source, the second as supporting material.
• Both URLs must be publicly readable — the same fetch rules as Rewrite from a URL.
• The result is one article, not two summaries stapled together — contradictions between the sources are reconciled, and overlap is deduplicated.

Turn a YouTube Video into an Article

What it does: Paste a YouTube link — the companion browser extension reads the video's transcript in your own browser, and the plugin writes an original article about the topic.

Why there's a browser extension

YouTube blocks most transcript requests that come from a web server (by IP, missing sign-in, consent walls). Your own browser — signed in and trusted — reads the same captions with no trouble. The Antradus Auto Pilot YT extension does exactly that: on request it quietly reads the transcript and hands it back to the plugin. It's the reliable way to get YouTube transcripts.

One-time setup

1. Open Antradus AI → ▶️ YouTube to Article and click Download the YouTube extension (or install it straight from the Chrome Web Store).
2. After installing, click the extension's ▶ icon in your browser toolbar.
3. Choose “Enable on this site” for your WordPress site. That's it — you only do this once per site.

The extension asks for access to your WordPress site only (not "all sites"), and only when you click Enable on this site.

Step by step

1. Open the Antradus AI panel on a new post.
2. Paste the video link into the YouTube URL field (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...).
3. Click Get transcript. If you already have that video open in a browser tab, the extension reads it instantly with nothing opening. Otherwise a YouTube tab opens for a moment while it reads the video, then closes.
4. Review the text the extension found (edit or trim it if you like).
5. Choose Style / Tone / Language, then Start Writing.
6. The AI writes an original article from the transcript — with SEO meta as usual.

Choose what the AI does with the transcript

Under Antradus AI → ▶️ YouTube to Article there's a "What the AI does with the transcript" box. By default it tells the AI to write an original article about the transcript's subject (not a review of the video). Edit it to change the behavior — for example, summarize the video, extract a how-to, or write in a specific format. Click Restore default any time.

What makes results good (or poor)

No extension? Server fallback

If you can't install the extension, the install box offers “read it on the server instead (less reliable)”. This asks YouTube from your website's server and often fails on captions — treat it as a backup, not the main path.

Tips & gotchas

• Already watching the video in another tab? Leave it open — the extension reads that tab directly, so nothing pops up and it's even quicker.
• The article is about the topic, written originally — not a transcript dump. Timing/timestamps are stripped before the AI sees the text.
• Long videos work; the AI prioritizes the substance over the filler.
• Just installed the extension but the button still shows "install"? Click ↻ re-check, or focus the YouTube link field.

Live Web Search for Fresh Topics

What it does: Lets the AI search the internet before writing, so you can publish about news and events from hours ago — not just what the model learned in training.

When to use it

• Breaking news, product launches, sports results, anything from the last days/weeks.
• Topics where being current matters more than speed or cost.

When your topic is evergreen ("how to compost"), leave it off — it adds time and cost for no benefit.

Step by step

1. In the Antradus AI panel, tick 🌐 Search the web (for news & recent events).
2. Write your topic as you normally would — being specific about recency helps: "what changed in today's EU AI Act vote".
3. Start Writing. The AI searches first, reads what it finds, then writes with fresh facts.

Provider support (important)

Cost & speed

• Web search is billed by your AI provider on top of normal token costs (each has its own search pricing). The plugin adds no fees of its own.
• Expect generation to take noticeably longer — the AI is reading the web before writing.

Tips & gotchas

• Works everywhere articles are generated — including Bulk Publishing (there's a web-search option on bulk batches too).
• If results seem stale on OpenRouter, try a different model — some ignore search context.
• Combine with a source URL for the best of both: the source anchors the story, the search adds the latest developments.

Create a WooCommerce Product from a Photo

What it does: Point the AI at your product photo — it looks at the image and writes the product name, full description, short description, and SEO, ready to sell.

When to use it

• Stocking a store where you have photos but no copy.
• Supplier gave you 200 images and a price list — and nothing else.
• Refreshing tired product descriptions.

Before you start

• WooCommerce active, and a product with a Product image set.
• A provider with vision support selected: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google Gemini (OpenRouter works with vision-capable models). DeepSeek cannot see images.

Step by step

1. Edit (or create) the product and set its Product image in the right-hand panel.
2. Open the Antradus AI panel on the product screen.
3. (Recommended) In the text box, add anything the AI can't see in the photo: brand, sizes, materials, what's included. Two lines is plenty.
4. Click 📷 Look at my product photo & write everything.
5. The AI examines the photo and writes: product name, long description, short description, plus the SEO keyword/title/meta.
6. Review, set your price, publish.

What the AI infers vs. what you should tell it

Tips & gotchas

• Regular article generation also adapts on products: Start Writing with a keyword writes in product format (description + short description) instead of blog format.
• The photo is sent to your AI provider for analysis — same privacy model as text (your key, your provider, no middleman).

The In-Editor AI Assistant

What it does: Two editing superpowers inside the editor itself: highlight any text and transform it, or tell the AI what to do with the whole post.

Tool 1 — Highlight & transform ("AI ✨")

Select any text while writing, then:

• Classic editor: open the AI ✨ dropdown in the toolbar.
• Block editor: the option appears in the block's text toolbar.

Pick a transform — the highlighted text is replaced with the result (Ctrl+Z brings the original back):

Your saved instruction

If you find yourself typing the same custom instruction repeatedly ("simplify to 8th-grade reading level"), save it once under Antradus AI → 🪄 Editor AI Assistant → My Custom Instruction. It then appears as the ⭐ one-click item in the menu.

Tool 2 — Whole-post assistant

At the bottom of the Antradus AI panel there's a pill labelled 💬 Tell Antradus AI what to do with this post. Type an instruction that applies to the entire article:

• "Add a comparison table after the second heading"
• "Make the intro punchier and end with a question"
• "Translate the whole post to Spanish"

The AI rewrites the whole body accordingly. Undo restores the previous version.

Tips & gotchas

• Transforms work on any text — including content you wrote yourself or imported; the post doesn't need to be AI-generated.
• Selection size matters: transforms are for sentences-to-sections. For the whole article, use the whole-post assistant instead.
• Both tools use your configured provider/model — quality follows the model you picked.

SEO Meta & Yoast / Rank Math Auto-Fill

What it does: Generates the focus keyword, SEO meta title, and meta description — and inserts them into Yoast SEO or Rank Math automatically, in both editors. Works for new AI articles and content you already wrote.

What gets generated

All of it lands in Yoast SEO or Rank Math automatically when either is active — the fields simply appear filled. It also works without an SEO plugin: the values are stored on the post the standard way.

Path A — During article generation

Leave Generate Meta Title & Description ticked (it's on by default) when you click Start Writing. Nothing else to do.

Path B — For an article you already wrote

1. Open the post (yours, a guest author's, a 5-year-old post — any content).
2. In the Antradus AI panel, click Generate Meta from Existing Article.
3. The AI reads the current content and produces keyword + title + description, filled into your SEO plugin.

💾 Save the post as a draft first — the button will remind you if the post has never been saved.

Path C — From inside your SEO plugin's panel

Look for the Fill with Antradus AI button injected right inside Rank Math's snippet editor and the Yoast panel — generate without leaving the SEO workflow you're used to.

How the auto-fill works (and why it's reliable)

The values are written two ways at once: into the SEO plugin's live editor fields (instant, you see them appear) and server-side into the post's SEO meta (the layer that survives refreshes and saves). If you ever see a field looking empty, save/refresh — the stored values are authoritative.

Tips & gotchas

• Generated meta follows your selected Language.
• Regenerating overwrites previous values — copy anything you wrote by hand first.
• The keyword/meta pieces also show in the panel with Copy buttons if you prefer pasting manually into another tool.

Generate a Featured Image

What it does: Draws a unique image matching your article, uploads it to the Media Library with proper title/alt text, converts it to lightweight WebP, and sets it as the featured image — one click.

Before you start

An image-capable provider with an Image Model selected: OpenAI (gpt-image / DALL·E), Google Gemini (Imagen), or OpenRouter (Flux and compatible models). Anthropic and DeepSeek don't offer image APIs — you can write with them and switch provider just for images.

Step by step

1. Write or generate your article first — the AI designs the image from the article.
2. In the panel's image section, optionally add art direction in the instructions box: "Warm Mediterranean tones, cinematic lighting, no text overlays".
3. Pick a style preset (see below) if you want a consistent look.
4. Click generate. The image appears in the panel.
5. One click sets it as the featured image. It's already in your Media Library with a descriptive title, caption, and alt text (good for SEO and accessibility).

Style presets

Ten presets tune the visual language to your niche: Default, Gaming, Medical, News, Sports, Finance, Tech, Food, Travel, Entertainment.

Every preset's prompt text is fully editable under Antradus AI → 🖼️ Image Generation — rewrite them to match your brand's visual identity once, and every image follows.

Optional color cast

An optional color overlay (settings → Image Generation) tints all generated images toward your brand color — subtle way to make a whole blog feel consistent.

Image format & size

Under Antradus AI → 🖼️ Image Generation → Image Format:

WebP conversion needs the PHP GD extension (almost every host has it). If images save as PNG unexpectedly, ask your host about GD.

Tips & gotchas

• Regenerate as often as you like — each result is a new Media Library item; delete the rejects.
• The image prompt is designed from your article content, so generate the article first for on-topic images.
• Need multiple images through the article? That's Album Generation.

Generate an Image Album

What it does: The AI reads your article, designs up to 9 different scenes from it, and draws them one by one — insert them all as a gallery, or click any one to make it the featured image.

When to use it

• Long-form articles that need images through the body, not just on top.
• Travel/food/lifestyle content where visuals carry the piece.
• Getting several candidates and picking your favourite as featured.

Step by step

1. Have your article in the editor (write it or generate it).
2. Open Album Generating in the Antradus AI panel.
3. Choose how many images (up to 9; the default count is configurable in settings → Album Size).
4. (Optional) Type your own scene list in the description box — one scene per line — to override the AI's scene planning:

5. Click Generate Album. Scenes are designed first, then drawn one by one — progress shows per image.
6. When done: insert all as a gallery into the post, or click any image to set it as featured.

How scene design works

Instead of nine variations of one idea, the AI extracts nine distinct moments/aspects from your article — each image gets its own scene description, which also becomes its Media Library title and alt text.

Tips & gotchas

• Same provider requirements as featured images — OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter.
• Your selected style preset and color cast apply to the whole album for a consistent set.
• Nine images = nine image-generation charges at your provider — mind the meter on big batches. The Reporting page tracks exactly what images cost you.
• If one image fails mid-album, the rest continue — you lose nothing else.

Bulk Publishing from a Keyword List

What it does: Paste up to 200 keywords — the AI writes every article (with SEO meta and optional images), sorts each into the right category, and publishes or drip-schedules them. Built for agencies.

Where it lives

Antradus AI → Bulk Publishing — a dedicated page with three tabs: ➕ New Batch, ⏳ Queue, 📊 Reports.

Step by step

1. Open ➕ New Batch and choose the AI-writing mode.
2. Enter keywords, one line per article:

3. Fine-grained control per line with pipes — keyword | category | title:

4. Pick the batch options (below) and start the batch.
5. Watch progress in ⏳ Queue — or close the browser entirely; a background worker keeps processing (a couple of articles per minute) until the queue is done.

Batch options explained

💡 The topic suggester (content-gap finder)

No keyword list yet? Click 💡 Suggest topics:

1. Give it a seed phrase ("home espresso").
2. The AI reads your existing post titles and your categories, then proposes topics you haven't covered — real gap-filling, not random ideas.
3. Approve the ones you like — they're written into the list (with suggested title + category) ready to run.

Managing a running batch (⏳ Queue tab)

• Live per-job status: queued → running → done (or failed with the reason).
• Retry failed re-queues only the failures.
• Cancel stops what hasn't started; finished posts stay.
• Delete a batch's records when you're done with them.

📊 Reports tab

Per-batch summary — written/failed counts and links to every created post — exportable as a CSV report you can send to a client. Full cost accounting is on the Reporting page.

Tips & gotchas

• Start with drafts for a new site or client — review a handful, tune your System Prompt if needed, then switch to publish/drip for the next batch.
• Drip + drafts don't mix: drafts stay drafts (nothing auto-publishes that you marked for review).
• Keep the keyword lines specific — "espresso machine maintenance schedule" beats "coffee" 200 times.

Bulk Publishing from a CSV File

What it does: Import ready-made posts from a spreadsheet — titles, content, categories — and create them all at once. No AI writing involved (unless you want it): this is for content you already have.

When to use it

• Migrating content from another system that exports CSV.
• A writer/VA delivers articles in a spreadsheet.
• Publishing a prepared content calendar in one shot.

Step by step

1. Antradus AI → Bulk Publishing → ➕ New Batch, choose the CSV mode.
2. Click Download the ready-made template — open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Only the title column is required; content, category, and the rest are optional.
3. Fill it, save/export as CSV, and upload it.
4. Click 1️⃣ Upload & Preview — the plugin reads your file and shows Match your columns: tell it which of your columns is the title, which is content, etc. (auto-detected when the names are obvious).
5. Preview the first rows, confirm, and create the batch.
6. Jobs run through the same queue as AI batches — drafts/publish/drip options included.

Duplicate protection

If a post with the same title already exists on the site, that row is skipped, not duplicated — safe to re-run a corrected CSV without doubling your blog.

Tips & gotchas

• Column names in your file don't need to match the template — that's what the matching step is for.
• Categories in the CSV are created if they don't exist yet.
• Mixed workflow: nothing stops you running a CSV batch and an AI keyword batch — the queue handles both.
• Fun fact: these very docs can be (and were designed to be) publishable through this feature.

Reporting: Words, Images, Tokens & Cost

What it does: A dedicated report of everything the AI produced — words generated, images created, tokens used, and an estimated cost per post — so you always know what your content actually costs.

Antradus AI → Reporting. All data stays in your own database — nothing is sent anywhere.

What you see

Making the cost estimate accurate

Prices are pre-filled and fully editable:

1. On the Reporting page, find the model-prices section.
2. Enter your provider's current per-token (per-million) rates for the models you use, and your per-image price.
3. Costs recalculate from your numbers.

1. New post → open the Antradus AI panel.
2. Style News, tone Formal (or Authoritative).
3. Tick 🌐 Search the web.
4. Topic: name the event precisely, with a time anchor — "pricing changes OpenAI announced today and what they mean for startups".
5. (Stronger variant) If one outlet already covered it, paste their link in the URL field — the source anchors the facts, the web search layers on the latest developments.

Why this combination works

Ordinary AI writing knows nothing after its training date. Web search closes that gap; the News style leads with the newest facts; the source URL (when you have one) pins the story so search results can't drift it off-topic.

3. (Optional but strong) Tick 🌐 Search the web — your version cites developments newer than theirs.
4. Style to match intent (How-To for tutorials, Listicle for "best X" pages), tone Authoritative.
5. Start Writing — you get an original article on the same intent, plus fresh SEO meta. Note the AI derives its own focus keyword; it usually converges on the same search intent naturally.

Day 1 — Set the voice (30 minutes)

1. Antradus AI → 🔥 System Prompt: write the client's standing voice — audience, brand personality, taboo phrases, units, region.
2. Generate 3 single test articles in the editor. Adjust the prompt until they'd pass the client's review unedited.
3. Set the image style preset (edit its prompt to match the client's visual brand) and WebP quality.

Day 1 — Build the topic list (30 minutes)

1. Bulk Publishing → ➕ New Batch → 💡 Suggest topics with the niche seed. The AI reads the site's existing titles and proposes topics that fill gaps rather than repeat coverage.

Why bother

Video content is invisible to text search. Ten videos → ten articles = the same knowledge, now rankable, quotable, and linkable — each embedding its video for watch-time too.

Before you start (once)

Install the Antradus Auto Pilot YT extension and enable it on your WordPress site — see Turn a YouTube Video into an Article. It reads each video's transcript in your browser, which is what makes this reliable at volume.

Steps (per video — ~3 minutes each)

1. New post → Antradus AI panel → paste the video link in the YouTube URL field.
2. Click Get transcript — the extension reads the video and shows the text. Sanity-check it's the right video.
3. Style: How-To for tutorials, Blog for vlogs/commentary, News for announcements.
4. Start Writing — the article is written from the video's transcript.
5. Embed the video: paste the YouTube URL on its own line in the editor — WordPress embeds the player automatically. Best spot: after the intro paragraph.
6. Featured image: generate one, or use the video's thumbnail if you have rights to it.
7. Publish. Repeat with the next video.

Scale tip

Doing a 50-video backlog? Work chronologically oldest→newest and interlink as you go ("we covered X in [this article]"). The per-video flow is manual by design — one transcript per video — but 3 minutes/video is still ~20 videos in an hour.

Gotchas

• Videos with subtitles/CC (auto-generated counts) are required — the transcript comes from the caption track. No captions = the extension has nothing to read.
• Private and age-restricted videos can't be read.
• Want the articles to come out a specific way (summary, how-to, listicle)? Change the "What the AI does with the transcript" box in settings → ▶️ YouTube to Article once, and every video follows it.

Steps (per product — ~2 minutes each)

1. Products → Add New.
2. Set the Product image (right-hand panel) — this is what the AI will look at.
3. In the Antradus AI panel's text box, type the invisible facts, telegram-style: "Brand: Acme. Sizes S-XL. 100% organic cotton. Includes carry pouch."
4. Click 📷 Look at my product photo & write everything.
5. The AI examines the photo → product name, long description, short description, SEO meta — all filled.

Batch rhythm that works

• Upload all photos to the Media Library first (drag-and-drop the folder) — then product creation is: pick image → paste facts → click → price → publish.
• Keep the facts file open beside you; copy-paste each product's line.

• The better the photo, the better the copy — clean background, one product per shot.

The matrix

Practical pairings

• "I want everything from one key" → OpenAI or Gemini (writing + images + vision + search).
• "Best writing, images secondary" → Claude for text; note you'll have no image generation — pair with a second provider when you need images.
• "Minimum cost" → OpenRouter with a ★ FREE model for writing; expect variable quality, and remember free-model providers often retain/train on prompts.
• "Maximum privacy of drafts" → any paid API tier (paid API traffic is generally excluded from training by the major providers — check your provider's current terms).

Switching providers

Keys are stored per provider — switching the Active Provider in settings is instant and non-destructive. A common pro setup: bulk-write a batch on a cheap/free model, then regenerate the most important articles on a flagship model.

Where the model choice shows up

Every generation uses whatever Model / Image Model is selected at that moment — articles, meta, transforms, bulk jobs, images. The Reporting page records usage per model so you can compare real costs.

Setup & license

The Antradus AI menu only shows a license screen — where are the features? That's the activation gate: features unlock once your license (or trial) is verified. Paste your key and everything appears — panels, bulk publishing, reporting.

I can't find the panel while editing a post. Classic editor: it's below the content area. Block editor: click the anchor ⚓ icon in the top toolbar (or three-dots menu → Antradus AI) — it opens in the right sidebar.

"Antradus AI Lite was automatically deactivated…" Expected: Autopilot detected the free Lite edition and deactivated it to prevent conflicts. Autopilot includes everything Lite has; your settings carried over.

Generation problems

"The AI model took too long." The provider timed out — usually a slow model or provider congestion. Try again; if it persists, pick a faster model or generate without web search.

The AI refused and asked me for a source link. Your topic is unknown to the model (an obscure local business, a person with no public record). It refuses rather than inventing facts. Paste a source URL into the URL field and run again.

"This website is blocking outside access to its content." The source site blocks automated readers (common: academic journals, paywalled news). Try an open-access copy — Google Scholar, the author's own site, or a preprint server.

Fetching models fails on the settings page. Almost always the API key (typo, revoked, or no credit on the provider account). Re-paste the key and check your provider's billing page.

Web search did nothing / errored. Check the capability matrix: DeepSeek has no web search; OpenAI needs a search-capable model; some OpenRouter models ignore search results.

Images

Images fail or silently save as PNG instead of WebP. Image generation needs an image-capable provider (OpenAI / Gemini / OpenRouter — not Claude or DeepSeek) and an Image Model selected. WebP conversion additionally needs the PHP GD extension — ask your host if PNGs appear unexpectedly.

Album generated 7 of 9 images. Individual failures don't stop the album. Regenerate later or accept 7 — the succeeded images are all in your Media Library.

SEO

Yoast/Rank Math fields look empty after generating. The values are stored server-side even when the on-screen fields lag. Save the post and refresh — they'll be there. (Both plugins must be active to see their panels, obviously.)

The SEO button says "💾 Save as draft first". The post has never been saved, so there's nothing to attach meta to. Save as draft, then generate.

Why is the focus keyword different from my topic text? By design — the AI derives the ideal keyphrase from the content instead of echoing your raw input. It converges on the same search intent with cleaner phrasing.

Bulk publishing

Jobs sit in "queued" and nothing happens. The background worker processes a couple of jobs per minute and also runs while the Bulk page is open. Very low-traffic sites: WordPress' clock (WP-Cron) only ticks when someone visits the site — visit the site or keep the Queue tab open to drive it.

A batch has failures. Open ⏳ Queue — each failed row shows its reason (usually a provider timeout). Retry failed re-queues just those.

A post says done but has a warning about its image. The article succeeded; only its image failed. Add one manually or regenerate from the post editor.

My CSV rows were skipped. Duplicate protection: a post with the same title already exists. That's a feature — re-running a CSV never doubles content.

Scheduled (drip) posts didn't publish on time. Same WP-Cron caveat as above — publishing happens on visits. Any regular traffic (even your own) is enough; for a brand-new empty site, visit it or set up a ping service.

Costs & privacy

Where does my money actually go? To your AI provider, at their rates, on your key. The plugin adds no fees and no middleman. The Reporting page estimates costs per post; your provider's dashboard is the invoice of record.

Does the plugin send my content anywhere? Only to the AI provider you configured, only when you click a generate button. No other servers see your keywords, articles, or keys.

Do free OpenRouter models train on my prompts? Often, yes — providers serving free models commonly retain and/or train on inputs. Use a paid model for sensitive content.
