Recipe: The Agency Content Factory (100 Posts)

Goal: A client hands you a niche on Monday. By Friday their site has 100 categorized, scheduled, illustrated articles — and you have a client-ready report plus your exact cost.

Day 1 — Set the voice (30 minutes)

1. Antradus AI → 🔥 System Prompt: write the client’s standing voice — audience, brand personality, taboo phrases, units, region.
2. Generate 3 single test articles in the editor. Adjust the prompt until they’d pass the client’s review unedited.
3. Set the image style preset (edit its prompt to match the client’s visual brand) and WebP quality.

Day 1 — Build the topic list (30 minutes)

4. Bulk Publishing → ➕ New Batch → 💡 Suggest topics with the niche seed. The AI reads the site’s existing titles and proposes topics that fill gaps rather than repeat coverage.
5. Approve in rounds until you have ~100 lines. Hand-edit freely — pipe syntax gives you control where you want it:

Day 1 — Fire the batch (10 minutes)

6. Options: Drafts for the first 10-post trial run — then, for the main batch:
   • ✅ AI categorizer (files posts under existing categories, creates new ones only when truly needed)
   • ✅ Featured images — off by default, so tick it only if the client is paying for images: it is one extra paid image request per article (100 posts = 100 images) and it slows the queue down
   • ✅ Drip schedule — e.g. 3 posts/day ≈ a month of steady publishing (steady beats a 100-post dump for both readers and search engines)
7. Start it and leave the ⏳ Queue tab open — that is the fast lane, and a 100-post batch is exactly when it matters. If you need to close the laptop, check the status box at the top of the Queue tab first: WordPress’s scheduler only ticks when someone visits the site, so a client site with real traffic keeps grinding at a couple of posts a minute, while a fresh site with no visitors stops dead until you come back. For true overnight runs, get a real cron job on the host (details).

Day 2+ — Review & deliver (1 hour)

8. ⏳ Queue tab: check failures (usually provider hiccups) → Retry failed.
9. Spot-check ~10 drafts/scheduled posts across categories.
10. 📊 Reports tab → export the CSV batch report for the client: every article, its status, its link.
11. Antradus AI → Reporting: your token/image cost for the whole batch (set your real model prices once) — put it next to your invoice and know your margin.

The numbers that matter

• Steady drip > bulk dump (reader trust + crawl patterns)
• Trial batch of 10 as drafts before every 100-post run — tuning the system prompt on 10 is cheap; on 100 it isn’t
• Image failures never kill an article — the post completes with a warning, add the image later
