Reporting: Words, Images, Tokens & Cost
What it does: A dedicated report of everything the AI produced (words generated, images created, tokens used, and an estimated cost per post) so you always know what your content actually costs.

Where it lives
Antradus AI → Reporting. All data stays in your own database; nothing is sent anywhere.
What you see

Making the cost estimate accurate
Prices are pre-filled and fully editable:
- On the Reporting page, find the model-prices section.
- Enter your provider’s current per-token (per-million) rates for the models you use, and your per-image price.
- Costs recalculate from your numbers.
This matters for agencies: set your real rates once and the report becomes a true cost sheet you can put next to client invoices.
Check latest prices
Model prices change. Press Check latest prices above the price table and the plugin looks up every model in it in OpenRouter’s public price list, the one machine-readable list that covers OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and DeepSeek models as well as OpenRouter’s own.
- Prices that changed are filled in and marked, with the old price beside each one. Nothing is saved until you press Save Prices, so you can check them first.
- Models the list does not have are named and left as they are.
- The price per image is not in the list; set it by hand.
- These are OpenRouter’s prices. Buying straight from a provider can cost slightly different (cached input and off-peak discounts are not counted), so every cost on the page is still an estimate.
What EIC spent
If you use AntradusAI EIC, each spend row has a second card: Of which EIC (estimated). It counts EIC’s own steps and every AI call for an article EIC wrote, including its featured image. Those articles carry an EIC tag in Cost per post, and their calls read Bulk article (EIC) and Image (EIC) in Recent activity.
EIC’s daily spending limit is measured with the same estimates and the same model prices, so correcting a price here also corrects what EIC counts against its limit.
Agency use
- Combine with the Bulk Publishing → 📊 Reports CSV export: batch report for the client, cost report for you; margin visible per project.
- Free models (OpenRouter ★ FREE) show as zero cost, correctly.
Tips & gotchas
- Usage is attributed to a post when there is one; utility calls (e.g. topic suggestions) are tracked too.
- Estimates are estimates: providers bill in their own dashboards; treat this as your management view, their invoice as the truth.
- Old rows can be purged from the page if you want a clean slate.
