These terms govern your use of the Transcript for Spotify & YouTube browser extension and its online service (together, “the Service”). The Service is provided by Antradus AI (“we”). By signing in you accept these terms.
1. The Service
The Service reads transcripts that YouTube or Spotify already display for a video or episode you open. It can identify the speakers of a Spotify episode with artificial intelligence, and lets you export the result. Speaker identification is for Spotify only: for YouTube videos the Service gives you the transcript, without speaker names. It does not transcribe audio. It works only where YouTube shows captions or Spotify shows a Transcript tab.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google or Spotify. Those platforms may change or restrict their websites at any time, which can temporarily stop parts of the Service from working. We will work to restore it but cannot guarantee availability.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. One person, one account: accounts may not be shared, resold or created in bulk.
3. Free trial
Each new account may receive a limited number of free transcripts (currently 3). To prevent abuse, the trial is limited per person, per browser installation and per network. It is not offered from hosting or VPN networks. We may refuse or withdraw a trial where we reasonably suspect abuse.
4. Plans, billing and quotas
- Paid plans are subscriptions (monthly or yearly), sold and billed by our reseller and merchant of record, Freemius. Freemius’s terms apply to the purchase.
- Each plan includes a number of transcripts per monthly period, and a maximum episode length. Yearly plans reset monthly. Unused transcripts do not roll over.
- Re-exporting the same video or episode within 30 days does not use another transcript. A transcript that could not be read is not counted.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius account, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices or quotas for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice. The change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
5. Refund policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan. Contact support@antradusai.com or use your Freemius account.
- Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days if you have not used any transcripts in the new period.
- Refunds are not available where there is evidence of abuse, such as bulk extraction followed by a refund request.
- Freemius processes approved refunds to the original payment method.
6. Acceptable use
You agree:
- to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes;
- to respect copyright. Transcripts reflect content owned by creators and platforms, so use them only as the law and the content’s terms allow (for example, quotation, research, accessibility, or with the owner’s permission);
- not to automate the Service, scrape at scale, or try to get around quotas, trial limits or security;
- not to reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the Service;
- to comply with YouTube’s and Spotify’s own terms when you use their websites.
7. AI output
Speaker names and turns on Spotify transcripts are generated by AI from the available text and may be wrong. Always review them before publishing or relying on them. You are responsible for how you use exported transcripts.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You keep whatever rights you have in content you export; we claim no ownership of your transcripts.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees unless the suspension is for abuse.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be notified in the extension at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
